Normally, Android shows the "permission pop up" automatically after you installed VSee and try to use your phone's camera and microphone on it for the first time. (see screenshots below)
If VSee doesn't recognize your camera and microphone, you may want to revisit its permissions. To do this, you’ll need Android 6.0 Marshmallow or a newer version on your device. To manage VSee's permissions on Android, do as follows:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap Apps under the Device sub-heading.
- Tap VSee Messenger.
- Tap App Permissions.
- Toggle the Camera and Microphone slider to on.
